My mother is eligible for VA mortgage loans, by her late husband, who was in Vietnam and died of something that is given to the war. Agent Orange? I think? Not sure. Anyway. She wants to use the VA loan for my husband and me a house. Can you do if you plan to live there? In addition, the VA's home loan based on your income?
